Other companies either use "Negative Air" mothods or "Rotary Brush" methods. Both methods have their flaws.

Negative air is actually the worst method. Basically, they are blowing & sucking air (they are also cutting holes in your ductwork - ouch!). Air won't budge stuck on nastiness!

On the flip side, Rotary Brush systems scrub the ductwork, but they use a brush connected to a vacuum hose - no way they are maneuvering through ductwork. So, they are missing half your ductwork. Plus a round brush does not clean a rectangular duct!.
